    I want page rank 5 for it

    It is barely in the top 1,000,000 websites on Alexa. In order for it to become PR 5 you need a lot of backlinks and they need to be backlinks from higher PR sites.

    Articles Submitting
    Press Release submitting
    Put the Blog link in your website :- update daily 1 or 2 days - put the new blog regularly
    search engine submitting
    more and more backlinks...

    You might also look into linkbaits. If you develop a very useful/interesting tool or widget (such as a quizz) it might get picked up quickly and gain you links. Other ideas include posting videos on YouTube and other video sharing websites (with link included) or writing up a very controversial blog or article, those can sometimes bring huge results, but watch out because this may be a negative marketing for your site/business.

    You want a PR5. Just go and buy 4 PR6 backlinks. You'll get atleast PR4 in the next update.:)
