Hello since 15 days ago , I `ve changed my site`s home page`s title , I have around 6500 pages in my site too , each page has it`s Title and three keywords in the title , I used to get 7000 visitors by google per the day . Well , I changed the home page`s title and removed the three keywords from each page`s title and left these new settings for a day and half . The next day , google dropped my ranking to get me only around 100 visitors per the day . Well , I was alerted that all these happed because of changes in the title so I returned to my old Titles again . but until now google sends only around 200 visitors per the day after it would get me 7000 visitors per the day , and I have been facing this low traffic problem since 15 days now . The question is , Will my site be back again to Rank well , ? it has good quality back-links and PR3 for the home page and many many pages has PR2 in my site , and I use a sitemap . My site also is 6 months old . Will my site be ranked well again ? do you advice me to do something ? I did analysis of your site www.egyptfans.net and truly speaking you are not able to tell what u have done with your site? After analysis of your site i saw some unexpected things. As you said you just changed your site Titles but what i watched?? You didn't changed only site titles but also site content of respective pages. For example Go with this link Your Site Page After 13 Sept. in Google Index Also go with this link: This your current page in your site which is till now not crawled by Google Both pages are same but Google has indexed first one not last one. You wud see here in first url page has different title and content with respect to other. And you said you just changed only title. This thing is happening with almost every category and subcategory pages. I was not able to check all the pages bcoz you know site has big amount of pages. But your few pages are fine those crawled by Google around 29 sept. But all those pages have different content and different title tag those are crawled by Google around 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 SEPT. So now i am sure you have got what i wanna say?? Google has some other thing in it's index but you have some other thing in your site. So only solution of this problem try to get index all of your category and sub category pages in Google. You can do it by social Bookmarking of your category pages and inner pages. Hi Thank you for your helping friend , but these caterogies of my webiste used to be this way since I created my website , I use bot that would help me to automatically generate keywords in the title like this example http://www.egyptfans.net/content/view/6363/27/ Code (markup): look at the title and after the title it will be a | letter after it there will be keywords. that is for internal pages . when I changed the titles I removed the keywords from the title of all contents to be only the titles without the keywords . For The Home page , I disabled this feature to be shown only as Egypt Fans - Rapidshare Full Downloads - Game - Software - Movies - TV Shows - Music - DVDs - Home Code (markup): When I changed the home page title , I made it this way , Home - Rapidshare Full Downloads - Egypt Fans Code (markup): and I left all these new settings for a day and half but after that drop of google ranking I was alerted so I turned back again to my old settings as above I showed For Catergories , The Bot in my joomla site would take the title of last content and show it as the category`s title , I used to have it this way since three months and It didnot harm my ranking but I have no possiblity to disable this feature in that bot .and if I get rid of that bot , it will rewrite the all titles again of all 6700 pages I have because the keywords will be removed from it . It is quite possible you could have also received some sort of penalty from google that just so happened to coincide with the title changes. Coincidence? Have you done anything shady like buy links or any black hat techniques that could have put you on Google's radar?
No Sir , I didnot do any kind of blackhats , all I did I just changed the title My site is 6 months old , and it has nature backlinks , I built them slowly myself , I used to pay attention to sites I link to , I never used hidden text , why would google penalise me , google until now used to index my posts after I post them by 20 minutes even if I posted 60 posts , any help guys
This was also happen to me. I changed the title and the traffic decreases. After you changed the title and you noticed that it does not give good result then ttry to put back your old title. Dont' forget to continue link building.
I suggested you what is the solution? Just try to index ur pages fast and this thing you cud done by social bookmarking. And no doubt it wud take time. I am sure that u wud get ur rankings back when ur complete site wud index by google atleast 3-4 times. So just continue with gud Off page seo work and it wud recover with time................
DO you use Google Webmaster Tools? If not, go sign up and give it a few days to give you the stats on your sites. It will tell you if there are issues crawling your site etc. https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/
Yes You are right but really google aleardy indexes my content very fast , when I post a post , it used to be indexed by google within 30 minutes . and I have good amount of backlinks , you can say more than 21000
you said your site is only 6 months old. read about Sandbox. Google is said to sometimes give high position to new sites for a short period ..to test and see how they do, how visitors behave on their site, page views, time on site etc. to give it a good idea where your site should be ranked amd filed. Google wants sites that lots of visitors will stay on for periods of time, view a lot of their pages, and link or bookmark them. 7000 visitors to your site from Google may have been their test of your site. I dont think it matters that you changed your title , i think that was a coincidence that happened at the same time that Google sent you to where it decided you should start. Informative sites with good content cause visitors to stay longer and to view many pages. Google bots translate those behaviors into 'good content' .
but have you seen your pages last time index date this is 12, 13, 14 sept. and around them. Untill and unless you wud not solve this problem it wud not recover..................

Hi , Thank you for your helping , in my google analytics , it says that the time that the visitor would spend in the time is around 4 minutes for each visitor , that is a screen shot that show that also about the page views My Google anaylitcs says that the average page views for each visitor is 2.78 Pages/visit is it a good for google to decide to rank me well or the site still needs more ?
