I used geo Seo to check my keywords they are quite competitive ones 2,500,000 average and in google mexico, canada, brazil and russia they are quite high 91, 98, 100 and even a 33. I did use tnx on this domain and did not specify the location and got 20 proper links from mainly russia which was the position 33. Is TNX the source or is it something else? But obviously the keywords are in english so I wouldn't get much traffic from mexico or brazil maybe a little from canda and russia.

91, 98, 100, 33 are not what is usually considered HIGH in terms of SERPs.

On the other hand does it really matter to be "high" in a market where internet users don't speak your language and won't probably never be searching for the keyword anyway??

Well the competition has around 20,000 Link to domains and is alexa 340 ish. Also most webpages are in english at least 70% so i think people in russia and the other countries mentioned may search for keywords in english

I suppose some other countries are not as competitive so it's easier to rank high for certain keywords.
