My site, please comment/advise.

I now have some time to look after this site "womens health issues". I am trying to fix the site bit by bit and I think the ads is the best place to start.

Please comment/advise on (check the sub pages, not the home page.):

1. Adsense placement.
2. Adsense color.
3. Should I add a border to the ads?
4. Should my content text be the same as the ad text? (size and font).
