My site pictures are not being indexed in google?

    I have reviewed all google images indexing rules but most of the pictures in my web site are not being indexed. It is a medical website and it is mainly dependable on medical imaging

    I can say that you have problems not only with images, but with the whole website indexing. The image won't be indexed if the page which contain these image isn't indexed.
    First of all pay attention to your page speed - it's very poor https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=www.voxelx.com%2F
    By pictures you mean MRI files?

    You need to optimize your site images with ALT tags for indexing them.
