    ablaye's question is important since the toolbars and most unofficial mechanisms for determining PR aren't entirely accurate (sometimes referred to as "estimates"). It may just be a short-term loss.

    Maybe you lost some of your quality backlinks. I also believe that backlinks is not the only elements consider in giving PR. But I don't have any idea as of now. I just notice that 1 backlinks can give you PR3.
