My site on First page of google but traffic is very low ?

Research and see how much people are searching for your keyword.

 

If no one is searching with this keyword then it is also a question mark of being getting on the google main search page>??

 

same problem here. my site was the first result of 2 keywords, but still, the traffic was pretty low. backlinks were the solution.

 

Doesn't google take into account your search history- If you have searched your website many times before and clicked on it it will go to the top.

 

maybe it is not a highly searched keyword?

 

I dont think it is posible.When you say you are in first then it is clearly you have a good traffic so how come you say you have low mate.

 

+1 for Percy on this. You can reach the top position on Google for a set of keywords or a long tail phrase with almost no traffic if it's a starving niche or no one is properly SEOing their sites. If you're looking at the top results and all you see are Yahoo Answers results, YouTube and so forth, it's ripe for the picking, and you can get there with little work.

But if there's no search volume to speak of, where are your visitors going to come from?

Use your exact search in Google, look for 1,000+ per month, and remember: those numbers are never exactly right, and trends may take those up or down.

 

if you want to get huge traffic from Google, then be top 1 site in Google for popular keywords and not site name other keywords which are rarely searched...

 

you had not suggest popular keyword...

 

firstly you have to promote your sites not for the first page but promote it for the first position in the google search. you have to  be expand your sites through off page and on page optimization and also promote your sites in facebook and other social media. 

 

Probably little to no traffic on that phrase. What is the bounce rate?
