My site not showing up

If I submitted my site and it's not showing up, does this mean it's been banned?

You need to wait for some days to see your site is indexed or not.

However, if you are having problem related to indexing then you can post fresh content on your site and you should also create XML site map for better result.

What the hell did I just read? This thread didn't make any sense.

Sites take 1-14 days to get indexed, sometimes even up to a month. Don't cry about it.

 

Will you explain in details what SEO techniques I need to apply?
