My site not showing properly in Google

    Hey guys i have a technology based blog.
    http://www.tune2tech.com
    I added my site to google and also google webmaster tools plus added a sitemap too.Dont know whats the problem my site is not showing properly while searching it maybe its not even added yet.
    While searching i used
    "tune2tech" "www.tune2tech.com" "tune2tech.com"
    They all have the same result.The search result displays the footer of my blog.Plus my page is not ranked yet.
    Iam confused please help me :)

    Why is your sidebar appearing first in the html? You should swap the sidebar with the main content so that your latest posts are displayed first and then your sidebar followed by the footer. Try this and see if that helps.

    Thanks moved the sidebar and put it after the content.
