    still pending don't receive any reply yet

    This url is blocked http://itstarz.com/robots.txt i checked it on google webmaster. It is right or not?

    Check your robots.txt file if Robots.txt working well than please open you site webmaster and use Fetch as Google
    And submit your sitemap.xml and sitemap.html

    You have to wait and also need some quality backlinks to get indexed instantly

    how to check robots.txt file?

If this is the case, Google shows you this in the “Crawl rate” overview of the Diagnostic tab.
