contact google, by phone. tell them if its possible to unban your site!?

if its not possible forget about the domain, it will be useless without google.

see how google dominate the net!!

First you should go for proper promotion for your site. You would be indexed if your site is not banned.. So try to do this first. Lets see what happen.

    Hi Friend,
Your site hasn't banned by google. You should encrase your site back links by directory submission, social bookmarking, Article Submission, blog submission.

I think your website is already banned in Google. 2-3 months is enough time to get site out from google sandbox. Better you purchase a new domain. Also you have not mentioned your domain name else I will suggest you a better suggestion.

Sorry for that, I mean, would Google remove you from being banned? If so, how many days or months would that usually be?

Linking to already crawled site may help.. Try posting your signature on forums that are crawled frequently...

Use the cache: to know if the forum has been crawled....

    Hope this helps...

Check the first post. my URL is there.

My URL was in my signature in DP for about 2 months. However, no use. :(

Now I removed from my sig, as nothing happens.

I don't think your site is banned. I think it may just have yet to be indexed. I looked at whois.sc and the site shows a clear status for being blacklisted. I suggest you keep getting inbound links and you definitely want to submit a Google sitemap through Google Webmaster Tools.
