Yeah I ranked number 1 in a few keywords - not really big of a deal unless if it can be monetized somehow

of course not , your site have many traffics ,and your site is useful for visitors ? you know , traffics are important !

 

It might be that your search results are showing differently to what the real ones are? Have you checked using a SERP checker or another computer?

Haven't laughed this hard in a while. No, you're not supposed to make millions when ranking #1 for a search term. It all depends on the search term. How many exact searches does it have?
