hi My site is taking too much load on server. It is taking too much load on server like 300 I am getting complaint from hosting department we will shut down your site. It is wordpress site, who can solve this contact me. Only experienced people no noobs thanks and regards zelgly2
If you have not done it add a cache plugin. This will lessen the load on your server. I use WP Super Cache. You will need to install it and and enable it. After you do that go to the advanced settings and check all of the recommended settings. Then you will need to update the page. It will then need to rewrite the files. After you do that you will need to adjust the garbage cleanup. This is preset at 3600. There is also a setting there on setting the expiry time and you if your site is busy they recommend setting this to 600. At the bottom of the page is a box of user agents. You should empty it and save. All of these are Hostgator recommended settings and I am also having to go through the same thing that you are even if you are not using them.
