Its been 2 weeks and my site is still under review. How long does it usually take? I'm still new to adwords. Please help?
My best guess is that, with Google's current slash and burn of affiliates, they are using an automated process to find any ads/sites that might be against guidelines, and then they are set to review, and are in along queue for a human to take a look. I have many that have been "pending review" for weeks and weeks
I didn't see this before posting a similar question. I have 3 campaigns, all affiliate campaigns - and all linking from the adword ad to the product site (I know, no list building with this - and is it also now against G rules?) 1. Approved and running. 2. Mini-slap; "poor landing page." I changed the landing pages (made 2 ads) but that didn't change G's mind. 3. Under review. These ads were based on an idea given to me as a test, but none of the 3 help me with building a list, so I won't pursue them. However, I still want an answer to "how long does it take" to get out of review (my other post). I'm actually pretty disillusioned with Adwords at this point, in any case.
Hey Guys, Sorry to be so grim but i think they "clipped" or closed your account before your ads even got started. This is prob cause you violated the terms and conditions of google adwords. What are you advertising if you don't mind me asking?
dear if your ads have been under review more than 24 hour so your account has issue and may be susspend your account and in this case you have to contact them so will answer you what is problem with you
The one that is "under review" is for a hydrogen converter for a car. This one never made it anywhere - it went right from "pending review" to "under review." The "slap" one was for a weight loss program. This one, I changed the redirect from the original landing page, created 2 ads (male/female) and sent each to the appropriate page for male/female. still came up with 1/10 landing page quality. Lots of graphics on the pages along with the sales letter, but I couldn't see any real issues with the pages. Of course, I'm still new at this so what do I know??!! Again, this was done as a test suggestion from someone and I won't pursue them. However, the one ad campaign that was approved and is running also goes directly to the producer's sales page. I'll look at all those pages again and see what I can learn. Someone else suggested I contact Google and ask, so I'll do that as well. Thanks for all your responses!
Those 'run your car on water' ads have been a target of Google for a while now. I believe they do not like these ads as they seem scammy. Will be interesting to see what the Google rep says.
