my site is penalized from Google

my domain www.footyfree.com is penalised my google , i dont know what am i doing wrong? evrything is orignal in it except some news and recenlty i have changed my permalink structure without doing any 301 redirects do you think thats the reason?? need help urgently .

 

1. How did you know your website being penalized? What kind of measurement you were using to identify?
2. Did you have website verified in Google Webmaster Tools yet? If no, please do it. It can help you see more through from Google perspective, especially your 404 error issues from changed permalink without doing 301.

 

hey thanks for the reply , yea i see 600 404 errors , i dont really know how to solve it i think google will do it automatically

seopenalty site which u mention has also VERY HIGH Penalty i check on this tool many sites including google and it always mention that your domain is --- very high penalty

Well, Google will do it automatically.. But it takes a lot of time because you have shown google to index what all by giving your sitemap. so google wont bother much to go out of it. Remake the sitemap and wait. Or you can have a resubmission to sitemap also. These would make the things faster.

Dude, Simply Check google.com in it. and it shows 10 out of 10 penality And Similar 10 for many Famous sites So i think this one is 100% accurate Lolz .. You are making me laugh.. or simply this site is making me so.
