My site is only indexed in certain countries?

    Has anyone ever encountered this before?

    My site is 100% indexed and ranks highly on Bing when accessing from countries like the United States.

    But I checked using a proxy from other countries like Australia, and the front page of the domain isn't even indexed. (I tested using a specific site search)

    On Google, everything is great.
