Try using this query in Google "site:yoursite" (Without quotes). If it is not indexed, then this has been sandboxed :|
What is Sandboxed? Some of my sites lost its indexed pages. Previously, it indexed well in Google. But not now. What is the reason?

Or you could have been banned from Google's search result. But then, after checking with Google, your website is indexed. Did you make any changes on your website's title page? It is possible to be temporarily taken out of the top search result if you change your title tag but you should be able to regain your ranking provided your title tag is not entirely different from your previous title tags.
