    Considering the niche you are in, it will be really hard to gain visibility on search engines. Why not focus on social media for the mean time?

    First up the domain in the uk belongs to a respected and well established company so a search on medicall24 just comes up with them. I would be worried that I would be penalised for appearing to exploit their reputation and catch their typos.

    The site is in German for Germans - why are you using a .com?

    Why do you use a logo with another domain name in it and why does the link point to yet another domain. Decide which you are using for your business and make the 2 extra domains just forward to the one that counts.

    Oh, and I hate sites with horizontal scrolling. Looks naff. The whole site could do with some money thrown at it's design.
