What you mean not in serps ? You mean ranks for keywords or not indexed ? It already has pr2 so its on google and indexed too, as per serps please explain exactly what sort of serp are you talking about ?

Your site is in google Index, to rank well in Google SERP you need some good quality backlinks, now that google bans paid links, getting natural link is the only way out.

Well, the site is already indexed on Google. All you have to do is to optimize your site well to achieve a good SERP position.

    Hi,

A good way to find some sites where you could be listed is to analyse the backlinks of some of your main competitors
for instance enter www.yourcompetirorname.com in GG, and do as well : link:www.yourcompetirorname.com
That should give you enough work to get started :)

Use google Keywords Tool to check for your search term: Indian Mover Packers
then after that make a page for each one. And create an article.
Use http://tools.herbalclicks.com/article_rewriter.php to rewrite PLR articles
    and target each keyword.
Then google will like your site since they think it's very related to
that specific keyterm you are targeting for.

All you need to do is generate oneway links with directory submission (Refrain of Paid) and article submission.
