My site is listed in google's directory but not DMOZ

    huh? What has this got to do with Google using the DMOZ rdf? Do you read threads before you post in them?

    I have a few site but no one of it listed in DMOZ,whether it should be the site must have PR???

    Volunteer editors are not the slightest bit interested in the PR of a site when they are considering it for inclusion in the directory. However, you can easily read the site selection criteria for yourself: http://www.dmoz.org/guidelines/include.html
