I have a website that many companies are blocking. I'm wondering if someone can help me so that it would be viewable despite the company's efforts.

I'm thinking that the way to do this woud be by using some kind of DNS redirect or something.

Anyone that can help - or that has any ideas, please respond here.

    Thx.

What type of companies are blocking your site? ISPs or Corporates with their firewall?
Why are they doing so? Are you hosting any offensive content or virus?
Unless you give a clear picture, do not expect any help.

Often I see sites blocked when you are on a shared hosting server, and someone else on that server launched some form of spam or attack script.

More and more I am seeing IPs blocked, and left blocked due to poor jobs at the offending hosting companies of policing their servers.

The big DOS attack on the ATT backbone last week is a prime example of this.

Assuming your content or domain name is not the reason you are being blocked, look to your hosting company to fix the problem, or vote with your feet and find a new host.

I run a blog thats primarily gossip but very rarely has racy material (i.e. girls in bikinis but no nudity or curse words). Not quite sure why we're blocked. I think I got caught in a dragnet of blogs that are being blocked.

The blog is generally blocked from corporations via either a firewall or software - not sure.

    Thanx
