Your blog needs A LOT more than fresh content, you'll need to make sure it's known. Make articles and get them submitted to high directories, do some social bookmarking. Make it known - pretty much the most important thing. You can either do this yourself or you can pay for it and get it around better, and quicker. Most important thing for you to do right now is getting your own hosting domain.

It takes time to build backlinks and to get traffic from various places on the net. I visited your blog and I suggest you make it more pleasant-looking. Get your blog to look more organized so that you will not lose whatever traffic you are able to get. I also suggest being active in blogs and forums related to your website.
A quick look at your site and I think I've got an answer for you. Instead of just posting images and chart top 10's, try and write something original. For every image post you put up, accompany it with at least 150 words of text describing it. And as for posting chart top 10 lists, add some commentary to the chart, don't just post the top 10 with no description or opinion, you can bet there is a bucket-load of other blogs who posted the exact same top 10 as you but added some colourful commentary with it and thus got your traffic. Do likewise.
