my site have i pagerank 3 and i don't recive much visitors

    PR will never bring traffic. Even if your site is PR5, you will not get traffic if your site's SERPs is not good. Try to improve your site's SERPs. Build abcklinks and add fresh content in your site.

    use no pop up and aim for SERP not the PR then you will get more visitors.
