my site have a penalty?

    for all keyword all page my site have drop 7 page down

    when i tape mysite.com i see my site first on google

    but when i tape mysite in google i see my website in page 7

    if it was penalty most likely you will receive message from google in webmaster tools.
    In your case it could be that your competitors outperformed you, or you lost your keyword rankings, or it can be google dance. wait for week or two and see if it recovers.

    As said above, you should receive a message from Google if your site is penalized.
