Try to contact the owner of the site and ask him to remove or change her content.
If he refused, just sue him. :D

Yup, get in contact with the owner and let him know you are aware that he copied 90% of your website and ask him to remove or change it. If he refuses, get a lawyer involved. Or just threaten to get one involved.. that does the trick more times than not.

Email the webmaster and if he doesn't respond, contact his hosting.

It is difficult to sue someone in another country, as you have to appoint an attorney in that country but it can be done.

As people have said the other option is to contact their hosting company.

    A check shows:
Hosting ISP : THEPLANET.COM INTERNET SERVICES
    Server Ip : 174.132.168.194
    Server Location :
    Houston, Texas, 77002, United States

As it comes up as ThePlanet it is probably hosted at Godaddy whose servers are in ThePlanet datacentre.

    Regards
    Mark

Do a WHOIS Check. Even if they have privacy guard, find out who their host is. Contact the host with proof of content ownership and ask that they get the owner to take down the content per the DMCA's provisions.

    1. While the content is still on their site, contact Google with a DMCA complaint. They'll de-index any of the copied content (and the thief will lose traffic). You can do the same for the other major SEs as well.

    2. Also while the content is still up, contact Adsense with a DMCA complaint as well. They can have their whole account banned (on any site they use it on).

    3. After you've done that and hit them where it hurts, file another DMCA notice with their host if they're hosting in a country that will take action. Even if not, see if that country has copyright laws you can file a complaint about. If you're lucky, you'll get the infringing content forcefully removed if they don't take it down themselves. And if you're unlucky, you've still hit their traffic and their ad income.

Just don't contact the host until you do the first 2 things. Otherwise, if the content isn't there for Google to see, they won't be able to de-index or ban the Adsense account.

Im sorry but it doesn't look like he copied anything. To me it looks like a premade tempalte that has been customized. The way the layout is the same and how the websites on the left hand side leave me to believe you both modified the same template and are using a CMS with the same modules.

I pulled a random line of copy (text) from your website, and ran it through Google. It was found on dozens of sites where the only difference was the company name that was plugged in. That makes me suspect you don't actually own the copyright to the original material. If that's the case, the only way you protect the uniqueness of your site is to get unique copy put up asap.

Im sure there are better websites to copy then yours. Why would dozens of websites choose to copy yours? Something isn't right here.

If you contact the owner and he refuses to take it down you can sue, in simple terms.

It doubts that you have also copied the contents from another site. In this situatiion, it will be very difficult to deduct TRUE owner.

Someone said contacting there isp would be the best way, but isps don't take sites down because of someone saying there is copy content on the site, usually you would need proof and even then some isps don't even care about the issue and would most likely say to bring it up with site owner.

Is your site at least 80% original? If so, just contact the hosting, they will force the site owner to delete the contents.

But i think these steps can be taken only if we have copyright docs with us, bcoz googls asks for docs.

The above is taken verbatim from YOUR website. Since the name of your company is NOT Bay Street SEO, this clearly appears to be a case where you have stolen material from other sources and you are now upset that someone else is stealing it too.

Of course Google is not going to protect copy if you can't show that you own the copyright. Why should they protect rights that you DON'T OWN?
