chances are if you know you did something against the ToS and arent willing to fix this, our subdomain would end up banned as well.
From experience, I have had a domain banned and tried to host ads on a subdomain of that domain... but yeah, you probably shouldn't try it.
once a domain is blocked by adsense, you cannot use any part of the domain in adsense, no matter it may be the sub domain or what ever it is.. Domain once banned by google is always banned from adsense.
