How old is your site? There are no backlinks in link:domain operator in Google. Try to get some quality backlinks and the PR will be back. Which script are you using btw?
I think it has something to do with your website architecture. It contains many errors and doesn't load properly in IE or Chrome (didn't try firefox). Some errors found; - Left menu structure doesn't work, so no follow links to other content pages - ALL / MOST Links contain mistype. ex. http://www.global%20prompttech.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=44&Itemid=52 (link contains space in domain name) - Slider doesn't work - Basicly just 1 content page which is your homepage. The rest can not be found. - Just 8 pages indexed by Google - No custom titles/meta tags for each page - 0 / ZERO indexed inbound links - Logo doesn't fits within the margins of your header (check in Chrome) In my opinion you should first apply the basic SEO elements to your website, you can find them here on DP with ease. BTW : Shouldn't you have noticed these errors yourself when offering professional web development services???
Need to add keywords in your home page content and heading. Keywords are completely missing from content (important factor for PR), try to get links through web design, seo related sites or comment on their blogs. Build quality links(one way theme related) regularly, your site rank will definitely improve.
