it always varies depending on how much people are paying for keywords.
if you have several ad blocks, then earning depends on which ad user clicks.

I think your niche is a low earning one. Check for high paying keyword within your niche and try to monetize it.

No, adwords wouldnt affect the CPC
The reason you get low pay click due to the low pay keyword and low pay traffic

It Depends on Leads Sales And the Ad Placement colors , but The matter is The Advertiser and the Keyword your having to do build some high niche site to earn more but no one pays more as now days for just doing clicks but yes you get good money if you sale do generate leads for the advertisers site . have good day try to get some good keywords inriched with good high paying keywords

How old your site is? If your site is new brand with low paying keywords, then you'll earnonly 3 cents per day.

I would take a look at these areas:

(1). Check the estimated CPC for your keywords using GKT. If you have low estimate, that could be your issue; not properly picking your keywords.

(2). If you have a low CTR, you may be put in the Smart Pricing dungeon. The only way out of that mud hole is to work to improve your overall CTR. When I have a site that has a low CTR, I may remove Adsense temporarily to tweak it and bring it up to par. You need to understand that each site in a Adsense acct effects the other sites; that's why you have a overall CTR. If you have sites with low CTR , you need to start evaluating why and make corrections to increase the CTR on that site.

(3). Analyze where your traffic is coming from. Make certain that you are not receiving or generating traffic from questionable sources.

(4). Analyze the niche; is it a niche known to generate non-active traffic? Meaning surfers looking for freebies. To [it it another way, does the niche have a low commercial value?

It's probably just a low paying niche just like my site.
My niche is very tight, its strictly related to YouTube Layouts.

Either you have a low paying niche or you have Non US traffic..that could be the possible reasons.

you are not alone. many adsense publishers do have the same problem. You should consider your niche since it is the main issue.

    HI

I think it depends on how much the advertiser is spending on his ads.. the more they spend per click the more you earn. So I would say the people paying more for their ads have either stopped running their ads and only cheap ads for your niche are showing up at the moment.

I get 0.01 cent clicks to and then a few days later I get clicks for 0.20 up to $4.00 or more.. it goes up and down...

Just work on building your backlinks and traffic.
