My site gets cloned, what could I do?

Today I checked my inlinks, and found some links from one new website. When I visited the site, I couldn't believe what I saw. It's just the same as my site, except for the logo, and the adsense account. I've seen some kind of copy of other site, but never saw such a 100% clone. As for a better SEO, my site is static, so some guy just downloaded all my content and uploaded to his hosting server.
Then what could I do, anybody can help?

    My site is: www.hotcoding.com
    and the clone is: www.forteach.net

Contact the hosting company and Google Adsense.

wow,, google is working on as are other at determining who the Original site is.
they are working on weeding this type of thing out,, by all means.. report them to adsense.. i don't know what their host will do if anything really..
also.. i can't give you specifics but i know that for CMS's as well as static html/php/asp sites,, there are means to protect the source of a page.
this will deter all but the really determined,, and someone that lazy isn't likely to go through that kind of trouble.
