I'm from CHINA and as far as I know the SE company in CHINA intervene in the rank of keywords.
Sometimes if you have a personal website while getting more and more traffic from a few keywords in Search Engine, there will be some telephone call for you from it. He ask you to buy the rank of keyword, if not your site will be punished definitely.

So I want to know if Google and Yahoo do the same thing like above?

Google or Yahoo won't call you if you rank high for your keywords. Only advertisers will call you to put and ad on your site and pays you well.

As of today, Google or yahoo or microsoft will never call you for anything. So do not worry about it. They will never ask you to pay for showing your site on 1st page.
