My site doesn't open up at all for some people

My new proxy site doesn't work for some people. One person from here reported that to me and one of my friends in Australia also said the same.

What could be the reasons? The domain name doesn't contain 'proxy' and hence there's no question of some auto security rule blocking it. And, it's so new that hardly any system/IT admin knows about it to add it to some filter rules.

    Any ideas?

You cant be so sure, my friend! Corporate and school filters are smarter than what you think.

What the domain? Check it with dnsstuff if there are any errors with DNS records. What errors do the people see?

    agni: The domain is showblocked.info.

Those who can't access it has time out issues. Here's a screenshot.

Probably, the server on your proxy site is, has routing issues....I guess.

or may be the ISp has some routing problems?

In such typo issues, i recommend to contact your webhost provider with the IPs are not being able to access the proxy. It might be there is a spammer using that IP range and your web host has blocked that specific IP. But definitely no web host bans an IP without any reason. Its general and it can happen anytime. So it is really better for you to contact with your web host before you take any decision or you proceed for something else.

Although, its working fine for me. :D

    Good Luck.
