My site. comments please?

hi,
i have been into making graphics for some time now as i enjoy it, and also im now getting into webdesign. So i have made a site where i can display all of my work. also dont review to harshly as i am still new to this and am only 16yrs old but i want to know if other people around the world like my site.

The new design is far better than the old one. Think of selling templates.

 

Pretty nice logo, and color choice, I would however suggest you fix the footers font.

 

I like how you design your logo but your background seems to hide it. There's not much contrast between the two to accentuate the logo. Your logo should stand out because it's the first one visitors notice. More so if you're a designer, it's your first selling point. Take a cue from the colors at the bottom of the page. They're a good combination.

That's it. Congratulations. For a 16-year old like you, you're already an achiever.

 

thanks for those who have replied so far, and yes i do think the fonts on the footer need to be changed. Also i do agree with the fact that the logo kind of gets hidden. I will try to change some of them points soon so then my page will become better =D

 

i think that logo is too easy. It's just font downloaded via the net.
Site looks clean. It's good.

 

All the logo needed was to didplay the name of the site and the address, and it has an orange underline on it. I know its not that detailed but it looks grate so im leaving it.

 

Well the design is nice. Maybe you should add some mouse over effect on the header navigation.

 

yes that is a god idea, and i did that but then something happened and i haven't gotten around to fixing it up again, but the bottom nav bar has mouse over effect.

 

I like your work . The site layout is also neat and decent looking.Try adding more content as there is not much in your site to keep a person busy

 

yeh i know there isnt much, But i have been working on a new forum and doing many other things and havent had any time to work on the site. Also if anyone has any ideas for new pics, or content can you pm me with your input as it would be much appreciated. or if you have a pic that you dont mind me editing can you send it to me so that i can add more pictures to my site.

 

You can get tons of photos to work on from the web.

Show your work with something like "before effects" and "after effects"

well i do have a before and after section but havent realy added much in there as of yet.
