No it doesn't work for me.They are not approving an account that hold the same address. Now i have tried an account through third party revenue sharing website and waiting.I think it will take a couple of weeks to get it approved.

 

just dispute it bro, if it was really an honest mistake they will reinstate your account

I think it's not your account that get banned, it's your domain or maybe there's no available ads right now for your domain. I encountered it on one of my sites. The site has a lot of traffic and page impressions and yet it no longer earning clicks. When I checked it using Google Adsense Preview Tool, there's no available ads during that time. I waited for almost two months and now the Ads is working again and the site is earning clicks again.

 

You have to apply for new Account,

Its useless to mail Google for reactivate your account.

I think you can just set up a new website.. Then you redirect the webpage to your new site.

 

Google adsense will never give you a second chance, even if its not your fault. Can be a real pain

 

try click sor as an alternative to google

 

I think the only one solution of your problem is to create new Adsense account.

It is quite impossible to get new Adsense account with banned website.
