Don't eat kebabs, pizzas, chips all the time, avoid chips, if you crave potato, have it baked, it's much better!
Eat less fat. Drink more water. Walk 2 hours a day. Visit Gym 3 days a week and do cardio for an hour. I have never tried this routine, but I'm sure it will burn the fat off.
I read the topic title and thought this thread was going to be more along the lines of, "My sisters so FAT, when she ran away they had to use all four sides of the milk carton" kind of jokes. On a more serious note, to loose weight you just need to really watch what you eat, especially saturated fats. There's no point calorie counting or anything like that. A sensible diet with low fat foods, plenty of exercise (walking instead of taking the bus etc) will result in weight loss.
