my sig has been gone due to error

    i just notice that my sig are gone.

    i have almost 500 post and im am a very old member.

    Go into your control panel and try to edit it. If you get an error message, please post the message you get.

    I see it is back now.

    It's because you changed your email. It can take up to an hour for your permissions to come back fully. When you confirm your email, you are set to the lowest level usergroup. Then a promotion process runs that will promote you as needed (based on post count).

    It's just the way usergroup promotions work in vBulletin. Not practical to check for usergroup promotions every second for every user since it can be based on more than just posts (time since signup for example).
