My Sidebar on Internet Explorer is not Aligned?

    On my blog at http://www.funbie.com/blog/ the Sidebar is not aligned in the MSIE ,but its pretty much aligned when using Firefox,i donno what might be the problem, but this doesnt looks cool at all!
