SEO I have limited experience with, however I have been working on, and studying SEO for 6 months now. I read around 50-100 blogs a day on the subject. I'm fully capable doing keyword research, and on-page optimization down to the coding. I can't brag about bringing a site to the first page of google for competitive keywords, however I have 3 sites on the second page now (from nowhere) for very competitive keyword phrases. I'm also able to mod them to fit your needs if they are PHP based.
