My server is on Ddos attack, should I inform google?

My server got multiple ddos attacks from some hacker (or a group of hackers), it's sucking up all my server resources.

My server admin is working on it now. he has blocked multiple IP's which points to the alleged hackers. Has anyone tried being attacked by ddos? should i inform google about this? my overall ctr seems to be normal 2-3%, no unusual rise or drop. Guys please help

DDOS attacks should not affect the adsense in any ways. There will not be any increase in views or clicks. As you are not seeing any differnce in CTR, nothing to worry.

Still it may not be a bad idea to inform G, since the hackers can do a click bombing very easily. You may even mention the IP you are facing attacks from.

 

Why would Google care if you have a DDOS attack? As long as there isn't any activity in your adsense stats, don't worry..

But if they go banana on your adsense ads, you should report to Google, even tought they should be able to figure it out theirself.

thanks so much for all the replies, yup my admin has fixed it already and he has blocked several IPs that has been trying to get through the server. This is the second time i've been attacked with ddos...
