My SERP dropped anyone can fix?

I have my site www.webmaster-money.org online for few years but recently my SERP dropped even term "webmaster money" which was first in google for very long time is now gone.

I think I need serious advice.
I am willing to pay for some modifications leading to better SERPs and also I would like to redisign the whole website. So if there is someone who could do redisign, SEO and adding some functions to the website than please post here.

Also advices why PR and SERP is dropping are welcome

You should go for consulting a good web designing firm that can offer you cost effective professional web design.

 

I was thinking here would be some one who can do it for some reasonable price.

If I were you I would immediately purchase directory links from renowned web directories.
They have a way to push even new sites out of the sandbox within 30 days.

My pr4 site just fall in sandbox (apparently) 4 days after I purchased 1000 link submission. I suggest do not use this method anymore. do it better manually by yourself.
