Some good information here - but let me clear up some points:

"Reviews are very helpful when it comes to SEO, as long as the blog isn’t “nofollow” then when he writes a review and posts it, google will take the review kind of like anchor text and keep the link as a stronger backlink."
huh? I don't get this line - Unless I'm reading this wrong... Google isn't going to make a backlink 'stronger' because it's a review. It depends on how relevant the site is and if it's an authority or not.

"You should keep your keywords max density to around 14.3% at maximum."
where did you get that number from? everywhere else i've read says to not go over 10%. 3-7% is usually recommended. but no one really knows a perfect number.

"Google tends to love it when you link to relevant websites"
you get no credit from SEs for outgoing links. the only PR/SERP you get is from backlinks to your site. two way link exchanges are devalued by google too.

Pretty good though - thanks for sharing.

Too much in-accurate or mis-information in this article, not to mention this is nothing more than a spam thread. ;)
