    for your second try, not bad at all. I am with Graphicsfx, the bubbles looks blurry. Just practice a lot, you will improve eventually.

    I am also a beginner in Photoshop and also can't judge your work but think it is a better try.
    Also it is inspiring me to do some good work with Photoshop, which is yet not possible:)
    But i will try!

    Thats all you got to do keep trying and trying and youll get better at designing, use tutorials then after a while start doing your own ways.

    Looks really good for a 2nd attempt, you should now try to experiment with gradients, filters, layer properties etc..
