my second adsense site - please review

I've just added my second adsense site online. This time i concentrated over one subject. Please let me know what you think about it.
Should i add graphics ?

You were right , my site did not have any layout at all. I guess i was a bit lazy.
I've changed the layout now. Do you guys think this is better?
Is the blending of the ads ok at the top ?

Please let me know , the info is really very helpfull.
