my sbi debit card (Visa ) is unable to link in paypal account plz help ..

    when i link my sbi debit card (VISA) .. with my paypal account msg shown .. this card is refused by your bank try another card .. can anybody help me to resolve this problem .. i also try my union bank debit card but same thing happened ... does any specific bank compatible to paypal help guys ....

    You can't add Indian Debit Cards. Add your bank account, if you receive money using PayPal.
    But if you want to buy or pay, then you have to get your credit card.

    You can get an virtual credit card. Contact sbi, they will help you. Or else google for how to create a vcc with sbi.

    You can search on Google " virtual credit card " , you will see many VCC sellers, you just buy 1 VCC and add to your paypal account, link the card and get the expuse code to confirm.
