my site just moved to a PR4 from a 0. I'm pretty happy bout that. the only problem is that my resource page didn't move up. I think this is because the url is a dynamically generated url and serps do not like that. so my question to you, is do i need to move all my link exchanges to a higher pr page? and how do i do this with out them thinking i took their link down? I can try emailing them but that will take a long time. Any suggestions?

I thought that if the link was permanent that Google would index it and pass on pagerank. Also how long has the resource page been in google. Doesn't it take some time to pass page rank on.
