    Since i am so busy with some projects , this 1 has to go to a new owner.Its hosted with google (blogspot) but the niche is good.Traffic is around 10 a day but if advertised and submitted to google will add up. The blog was recently made with a fantastic idea.

    Also the whole work equal to - 20 minuts a day and some admining on the live chatroom (java).
    url contains keywords and some keywords are displayed throughout the site for better seo results.

    The chatroom on it will be expiring soon with you as a mod.

    revenue can easily be made from : Adsense and affiliate marketing.They are blended in. Blog already estimated to be worth over 500 usd by me and some friends.

    I am giving it away for 300 usd.

    Ok.. ( blog is also in auction in a few other site/forums , and i will pull it out anytime )
