Here is a brief assessment. 1. Not sure which key words you are targeting but if you are targeting "correct property" there aren't any sponsors for those key words so you'd be lucky to earn 5 cents per click on Adsense. 2. The "correct property" key words have very little Google search traffic (so that would probably translate to very little type-in traffic) 3. This appears to be a dropped domain so it does have a previous Alexa ranking but it is pretty high (bad) and is likely to go up. But, at least it's ranked. 4. No Google Page Rank 5. No indexed pages 6. No inbound links 7. Two word .com with real words is a positive So, while there are some positives about this domain, I'd say overall it's probably not worth too much undeveloped.
