Hey,is there anyone who can help me? I have got a Premium Rapidshare Account with a great no of files and points as well,but i dont understand,how someone got my username and password. It shows NOT FOUND for all my email and username also... Im in a big problem now... I sent a mail to Rapidshare to with my paypal screenshot of the payment and transaction ID as well,but till now,no replies... Rapidshare has also got a helpline no... Tel.: +41 41 748 78 80 Can anyone call them and ask me to solve my problem??
That's your problem buddy, don't think a site holding thousands of illegal material will help you there. They're just in it for the money.
NAH!! Off-course Not!! Rapidshare is biggest ever website and i guess,it should be good at treating their customers,but unfortunately,i havent yet got any support... But i guess,calling them,can solve my error.. I cant call,so im asking for some helping hand.. Thanks...
I guess they have too many customer seeking them for help If the problem continune, then simply deleted/give up your account and start anew You can only count yourself as unlucky
Oh it may be the issue... I used my Rapidshare from 3-4 Airports WiFi Spots... Can that be a cause?? Argh!!
No they probably didn't "BAN" your account you probably got fooled to entering your account details in a phishing site..you check around Rapidshare on how to retrieve your account details... -Chris
Just curious, it is your account, why can't you call and resolve the issue once and for all. Members here won't have enough info to call for you.
You will get a reply from them soon mate, you just need to be patient ! I am sure they get thousands of messages from people like you. If you want I will try and get a rapidshare account for you to share in the time being!
Mail to Tell all info Till when it's valid If you bought it, or generated it via points your email the old password etc Everything, they will help you But it's weekend now, so it can take 2-3 days...
It happened to me once but i got back my account after I reported this matter to RS. Just give them your account and prove of purchase. Just be patient.
BOOM!! I GOT IT BACK.... RAPIDSHARE RULEZ!! They did a reset and sent me the complete info.. cheers....
