    Hello friends
    solve my questions.
    i am working on this 2 keyword last time cosmetic dentist in london is in 60 google no that time title is " Cosmetic dentistry London.......... then i was change on my title "Cosmetic dentistry in London............... then after i see result the

    cosmetic dentist in London 60 to up 11 and
    cosmetic dentist London 13to down 20
    My question is that why cosmetic dentist London is down 13 - 20
