    Hi there everyone

I hope this is the right place to offer this (mods, just let me know if I need to move it)...

With so much to do on a daily/weekly and monthly basis, I find it essential to plan my work.

One of things that has helped me tremendously for managing my time and getting projects done is my Productivity Planner.

    Hello Joe,

What are the features of your planner, wouldn't it be better to create your own plan using google docs?

    Regards,
    HA

My Planner is divided into 3 sections:

    1. List 3 projects (5 action points to get them done)
    2. 5 priorities to be done today.
    3. The People who can help you get projects completed.

I haven't used Google docs, becasue I have no need...this covers everything! ;)

Hope I have answered your question?

i have always found time management one of my biggest issues, i find generally that if i make a color coded plan backed up with the use of the calender on my smartphone that generally works well for me. i have also read a few good articles from tlr.co.za.

how long does this plan take of yours to implement?

    thanks
    Dave

    Hi Dave,

Depends on size of the project.

I am just completing a book that I have written. That took 3 weeks with its help...

    Its just provides focus...

    Hope that helps?

I pretty much use the Google Apps calendar to plan everything and it works like a charm.

I use an app on my phone, but this seems interesting too.
