I thought to write this or not because i just don't understand that. I have a page with daily news. I wrote about my situation. In March i earn for about 2x better then the previous months. I don't know why but i get good CPM, when i check my stats i see there was good $ for a start of a day, the first hours.... So this situation was for all the march month. I was really happy, and i hope this will cause the same in next month. And now i don't change anything and the situatinon goes bad, i got less CPM, less $ and it goes for a start of this month. This is really strange it starts 4 days ago, next month and the good $ and CPM goes away with no reason and this is how it is. Well the strange thing it comes for all the march month and now this huge change... well this ads are really the stranges thing on the world to me :/
Where are you based Coxis? I've had exactly the same thing here, earnings 60c a day instead of $5 a day, since 4 days ago. No idea at all why. Page view numbers are normal. I didn't want to start an 'earnings are down' type thread because as many people will post an 'earnings are up' response. I thought maybe it had to do with financial year end (31st March-6 April is tax year end in the UK at least) causing advertisers to stop advertising much in that period? Or perhaps it's just statistics and will return to normal soon, although a sudden 90% drop doesn't seem to be a 'statistical variation' thing. Guess we'll find out soon...
woW nice to hear that i am not the only one :/ i live at Poland but i have a english ads because my site is in english well will see in couple of days but it is 4 day and the ads are .... well not so good as they used to be for a march month
Still nothing.... Anybody else has something to say about this. I got for example about 50% lest from the start of this month.
Hey, coxis. Unless your traffic dropped, then your guess is as good as ours why your earnings dropped. Really, it's impossible for us to know why you're not earning as much, as it would be just a guess. That's why you didn't get many responses; it's simply an unanswerable question, because the only answer people can really give you is: "It happens."
Yee sorry maybe you are right. But i can figure out it by myself, really my CPM goes badly start from the 1 of this month and nothing really changed to my site stats. This is so strange but true.
